Try the season — free

Claim any open team below and play a free 4-game trial at real NHL pace — one simulated day per real day. Every team starts run by the computer; sign in and pick yours.

After your 4th game, we'll email you with next steps to keep your team by starting your own league.

What a real franchise unlocks

This trial ends after 4 games. Own the league for a year and your team becomes a real, growing asset — the same value mechanic already live on hockeysiml.com:

Run it well and it's worth more — wins, trophies and a deep playoff run all raise your team's value.
Invite your own friends as GMs, and list a seat to help friends cover part of the league's cost — a league with real GMs in every chair is worth more than one running on its own.
The value keeps compounding season over season: a President's Cup, a first-overall pick, a Cup win, even a trophy winner on your roster all add to it, year after year.
